Become a vendor

 We are seeking vendors and exhibitors to participate in our event at Thompson Park, including those who will offer food and drink, eclipse-related merchandise and educational offerings for all ages. Please note, we are most interested in vendors and exhibitors that have an eclipse/science/astronomy focus.

  • City operated business: cost of $300.

  • Non city operated business: cost of $375.

  • The selling of alcohol is not allowed for this event.

  • Spaces are set up in 10’ x 10’ blocks. 

  • Any vehicles needed will require a parking pass. 

  • Set up will be 9:00 - 10:30. After 10:30, no vehicles will be permitted to enter the park.

  • Must bring your own generator. We may ask these are turned off during totality.
